Teen Mental Health First Aid (TMHFA) (Explain) 30

TMHFA equips teens to recognize and support peers with mental health issues. This 6-hour program, developed with Mental Health First Aid Australia, offers certification, a handbook, and valuable skills. Encourage your students to participate and make a difference.

CAP - College Assistant Program

YMHFA- Youth mental Health First Aid Program-

A capacity building for students, young adults and even educators/ stakeholders working with young adults to be able to develop skills, knowledge and mindset about various mental health problems, its onset age and ways to respond to cri9sis situations. An Australian certification program leverages the strength of stakeholders by making them mental health aiders.

Gratitude and its facets of acceptance and expression are huge in terms of the change they can bring in a person’s mind and life, but need simplicity to be conveyed in the true sense.
