Youth Mental Health First Aid Program- A capacity building for students, young adults, and even educators/ stakeholders working with young adults to be able to develop skills, knowledge, and mindset about various mental health problems, their onset age, and ways to respond to crisis situations. An Australian certification program leverages the strength of stakeholders by making them mental health aiders.

I think sometimes some critical and crucial things need to be expressed with utmost simplicity and that is what worked a lot in the session.

Gratitude and its facets of acceptance and expression are huge in terms of the change they can bring in a person’s mind and life, but need simplicity to be conveyed in the true sense.
