The objective of this mental health survey, 2023, by Mpower is to measure the mental health of corporate employees and understand the expectations of corporate employees, and identify need gaps to drive better mental health initiatives. The objective is also to identify critical drivers of mental health at work and this can help bring change.
This report has been prepared by accumulating information, gathered with the help of various interviews & questionnaires, on the mental health of 3000 corporate employees across major metropolitan cities of India and gaining insight into the different challenges they face in their sector, city, role, age, gender, etc., respectively.
